Kashmiri Chai Kashmiri Tea Recipe in Urdu and English


Kashmiri Chai Recipe

Ingredients:

Fresh milk 1/2  liter 
Sweet  Sod  1 Pinch
Green cardamoms  4
Water  4 cups
Almonds, pistachios (Chopped)  50 grams
Green tea leaves   1 tbsp
Sugar  to taste

Method:  

Cook water tea and cardamoms on low flame till half water remains.
Add soda and thoroughly whip; boil milk in a pot
Add strained kehw and pout into cups
Add almonds and pistachios and serve.
