Gur Papri Recipe in English and Urdu

Gur Papri

Gur Papri Delicious Recpe in English and Urdu languages.

Ingredients;

Edible gum {Sudanese}                                            50 grams
Whole wheat flour                                                     200 grams
Fennel seeds {crushed}                                            1 tsp
Green cardamom powder                                         1 tsp
Jaggery                                                                             200 grams
Almonds, pistachios {finely cut}                            4 tbsp
Clarified, butter                                                            to sprinkle
Poppy seeds                                                                   to sprinkle
Almonds, pistchios {finely cut}                               to sprinkle
Green Cardamoms {powder}                                    to sprinkle
Coconut {grated}                                                            to sprinkle

Method:

.Heat clarified butter in a wok; gradually add little gum, while
stirring continously.
.Remove in a bowl when it swells.
.Repeat process and fry remaining gum; remove
.Chop in a chopper while still hot.
.Put whole wheat flour in remaining clarified butter and fry till
it gives off arama.
.Add gum and remove frome flame.
Add joggery, almonds, pistachios, fennel seeds and
cardamoms and mix.
.Spread out on greased tray and level with a spoon.
.Sprinkle poppy seeds, coconut, almonds, pistachios and
cardamoms.
.Cut in slices; serve
