Chinese Steamed Fish

Chinese Steamed Fish
Ingredients ;
Fish fillets
(washed and cut into .4 pieces )                     1/2 kg
Spring .onions (finely  cut                                 2 stalks
Soya sauce                                                               2 tbsp
Ginger  paste                                                          1 tbsp
Salt                                                                             1 tbsp
Sesame  Oil                                                            2 tbsp
Fresh  coriander                                                  for garnishing

Method ;
Cut aluminum .foil into  .4.squares .
Place fish pieces  in .the centre of each foil  piece .put
little .soya  sauce .spring onions. ginger  and .salt .on top
of .each.Fold .foil  from .all .sides; cook  in .steamer .for .15  minutes
and .remove.
Heat .oil .in .a .frying .pan .open .foil .and .pour . little .oil .on
top .of .each. fish .piece.
Garnish .with .fresh .coriander .and .serve.
