Fried gram flour fish

Fried .gram .flour fish
Ingrdients;
Fish fillets [washed]                                                         1kg
Tamarind pulp                                                                     1/2 cup
Gram flour [sieved]                                                           1/2 cup
Carom seeds                                                                         1 Tsp
Fenugreek seeds                                                                1 Tsp  
Ginger / garlic paste                                                          1 Tbsp 
Turmeric  powder                                                               1/2 tsp
Red chillies [crushed]                                                       2 tsp
Salt                                                                                            1/2 tsp
Oil                                                                                              for frying
Chat masala                                                                           for sprinkling

Methods;
.Marined fish with all its ingredients except oil and
keep aside for 2 hours;
.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry fish golden from both
sides on medium flame; remove on absorbent paper;
.Sprinkel chaat masala on top and serve;
