Pakistani Recipes, Kit kat cheese cake


Kit kat cheese cake
Ingredients;
Digestive biscuits [crushed]                                            2   1/2 cups
Kit Kat choclates                                                                   1    1/2 cups
Vanilla   essence                                                                   1   tsp
Eggs                                                                                             3                                       
castor  sugar                                                                            1 40 grams
gelatin [dissolved  in water ]                                            1  1/2 tbsp
Water                                                                                          1/4   cup
Cream cheese                                                                          200 grams
Yogurt   [drained]                                                                   200 grams
Cream [whipped]                                                                   125 grams+for garnishing
Butter                                                                                           100 grams
Kit Kat pops                                                                               for garnishing

Method;
. Mix butter in biscuits.
.Separate egg yolks from whites.
.Cook 1/2 sugar and egg yolks in a saucepan for 1 minute; add
galetin.
.whip egg white stiff with an electric beater and add
remaing sugar.
.spread a layer of biscuits on a spring foam pan; press evenly
with a spoon;freeze for 10 minutes.
.mix cream cheese ; yogurt and essence with an electric beater;
add yolks mixture and cream and beat for 1 minute.
Add egg white and whisk for a minute; spread half batter in
the mould.
Spred a layer of kit kat over it; add remaining batter;
refrigeratefor 6 hours.
  1. Decorate Kit Kat cake  with Kit kat pops ; serve
