Karahi Dumplings Recipe in Urdu and English

Karahi Dumplings  Ingredients:

 

Karahi Dumplings

Ingredients:
Onion  [finely cut]                                                                                          1
Green chillies  [finely cut]                                                                               5
Tomatoes  [chopped]                                                                                    4
Garlic  [chopped]                                                                                          2 tsp
Ginger paste                                                                                                  1 tbsp
Red chilli powder                                                                                          1 tsp
Turmeric powder                                                                                           1/4 tsp
Hot spices powder                                                                                         2 tsp
Salt                                                                                                                1/2 tsp
Oil                                                                                                                  1/2 cup
Fresh coriander, green chillies,
fenugreek seeds                                                                                         for garnishing

Dumplings ingredients:

Gram flour [sieved]                                                                                 1  1/2 cups
Turmeric powder                                                                                    1 pinch
Coriander seeds {crushed]                                                                      2 tsp
Potato, onion  [finely cut]                                                                        1 each
Green chillies  [finely cut]                                                                        4
Fresh coriander  {chopped]                                                                    1/4  cup
Salt                                                                                                         1 tsp
Oil                                                                                                           for frying

Method:

.Mix Dumpling ingredients with water to make a paste.
.Heat oil in a wok and fry dumplings golden; remove.
.Heat oil in a pot fry ginger and garlic ; add remaining
ingredients and fry till oil separate.
.Add dumplings and little water and leave on dum.
.When dumplings soften mix fenugreek, fresh corionder and
green chillies; serve
