Roast Chicken with brown Sauce


Roast Chicken with brown Sauce - Tasty Recipe in Urdu and English
Ingredients:
Chicken  [8  pieces                                                                 1 kg
Ginger / garlic paste                                                             1 tsp
Onion  [finely  cut]                                                               3 tbsp
Red chilli powder                                                                 1  tsp
Black pepper  [crushed]                                                    1/2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup                                                                   3  tbsp
Mustard  paste                                                                      1/2  tsp
Water                                                                                       1  cup
Salt                                                                                            1 tsp
Oil                                                                                             2  tbsp
French fries and boiled vegetables                            as accompaniments

Ingredients for brown sauce
Refined flour                                                                       2  tbsp
Chicken  stock                                                                     1  cup
Tomato ketchup,
Worcestershire sauce                                                     1  tbsp  each
White  vinegar,  HP sauce                                              1  tbsp  each
Black pepper  [crushed], salt                                        1/2  tsp each
Butter                                                                                     1  tbsp

Method:
.Heat oil in a pot and fry onions golden; add chicken and
fry till colour changes.
.Add ginger / garlic, pepper,water and salt and cook till tender.
.Add red chillies, mustard paste and tomato ketchup and
cook till dry; dish out.
.To make brown sauce, heat butter and add flour, pepper
and salt and fry; add remaining ingredients and cook for
few minutes ;pour over chicken.
Serve accompanied with vegetables and french fries.
