Capsicum Masala


Capsicum  Masala
Ingredients:
Green and yellow capsicums [julienned]                                                           4
Garlic  [finely  cut]                                                                                           3 cloves
Mustard  seeds                                                                                               1/2  tsp
Turmeric powder                                                                                            1/4  tsp
Green chillies  [finely  cut]                                                                                3
Red chilli powder                                                                                           1/2  tsp
Curry powder                                                                                                1  tsp
Hot spices powder                                                                                         1  tsp
Cumin powder                                                                                                1  tsp
Curry leaves                                                                                                       few leaves
Salt                                                                                                                     to taste
Oil                                                                                                                    1 tbsp
Fresh corionder                                                                                                for sprinkling

Method:
.Heat oil in a pot and fry mustard seeds.
.Add garlic, capiscums and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
.Add turmeric, red chillies, curry powder, hot spices, green
chillies and cumin.
.After 2 minutes add curry leaves and dish out.
.Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve.
