Mustard Chicken With Poppy Seed
Ingredients
Chicken breast With skin 1/2 kg
Pasta ( boiled ) 1 cup
mustard paste 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Black Pepper ( Crushed ) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Pasta ( boiled ) 1 cup
mustard paste 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp

Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Black Pepper ( Crushed ) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut Chicken breast in halves and marinate with butter /mustard
Paste lemon juice ,brown Sugar ,Chillies , Pepper and Salt
Keep aside
place Chicken pieces in a Pyrex dish and Keep marinade
aside.
Bake Chicken in a pre- heated oven at 190 /C for 20 minutes
Sprinkle half marinade and Pappy seeds over Chicken and
bake for 5 minutes ,
Fry remaining marinade in a frying pan add pasta and salt
and arrange it on one side of a serving plate , decorate
tomatoes on another side,
Place Chicken on the third Serve
