Pickled Fish Tikkas
Tasty and delicious recipe of Pickled fish tikkars in Urdu and English languages.
lngredients :
Rahu fish pieces (washed) 1/2 kgLemons 4
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (roasted ) and (powdered) 1 tsp
Red chillies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Tikka masala (packaged) 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Lemon rings, fresh Coriander for garnishing
Method :
Marinate fish with all ingredinates and keep aside for 1 hourHeat a little oil in a grill pan or frying pan grill fish golden
from both side while occasionally adding litlle oil in the pan
Dish out in a serving dish and garnish with coriander and
lemon rings;serve
