Egg Halwa
Ingredients;Eggs 8
Whole dried milk 500 grams
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
sugar 2 cups
Orange food colour 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter 1 1/2 cups
Almonds , pistachios {finely cut} for garnashing
Method:
. Mix eggs, food colouring,sugar, cardamon and whole dried milk in a bowl.
.Mix in a blender; heat clarified butter in a wok.
. Add blended mixture and cock on medium flame while stirring continously.
.When it turns golden and clarified butters begins to separate remove ,frome flame.
.Brush oil on dish and dish out halwa.
. Garnish with almonds and pistachios; serve.
