Vegetable and Garlic Chicken
lngrdeients;
Chicken pieces (boneless) 300. gramsCapsicum 1
Carrot 1
Spring onions 2
Water 1 . Cup
Caddage 1/4 .head
GREEN Chillies 4
Fresh Coriander 1/4 bunch
Garlic 12 .cloves
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Worcestershire .sauce 2 tbsp
Cornflour (made into paste .With .Water) 2 tbsp
Chilli .garlic . sauce 4 tbsp
Salt to .taste
Oil 4 .tbsp
Method
Cut .chicken. capsicum.carrot. spring .onions. caddage. green
chillies. coriander. and .Garlic .into .small .pieces.
Heat .oil .in a pot. fry garlic Golden.
Add chicken. and .cook .for .5. minutes. add all .vegetables. cook
for .5. more .minutes .
Add .black .pepper. Worcestershire .sauce. chilli .Garlic. Water
and .salt .
When .Water .comes .boil. Vigorously .stir .While .adding
cornflour. increase .flame .and .fry . for.5 .minutes
Dish .out .and .serve
