Steam Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients:
Undercut (one chunk)        1/2kg
Potato, Carrot, cabbage, peas (boiled)        1 Cup altogather
Soya Sauce            2 tbsp
Brown sugar             2 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed)    1 tbsp
Ginger / garlic paste        2 tbsp
Onion (finely cut)        1
Green chillies (finely cut)    4
Capsicum (finely cut)        1
Hot spices powder        1/2 tsp
Nutmeg/ maze (crushed)    1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce        2 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed)        1 tsp
Salt                to taste
Oil                3 tbsp
Lettuce                for garnishing
METHOD:
Slit undercut form the centre and spread it open like a book.
Mix soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, coriander, ginger/ garlic paste, onion, oil, capsicum, green chillies, hot spices, nutmeg/ maze, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Marinate undercut with it for an hour.
Wrap in an aluminum fol and steam in a steamer for 25 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and saute vegetable.
Unwrap foil and preserve masala.
Finely cut undercut and arrange on side of a serving plate; pour masala on top.
Arrange vegetables on the other side and garnish with lettuce.
