Stock  Gravy Tasty Recipe - Yakhni Shorba Recipe in Urdu and English

Stock  Gravy
lngredients;
Multon [WITH  BONES]                                                                              400.GRAMS
Yogurt [whipped]                                                                                        2 .cups
Sugar                                                                                                                 1 .tsp
Ginger                                                                                                              2.inch.piece
Cinnamon                                                                                                      2 .sticks
Cloves                                                                                                             8
Black  peppercorns                                                                                    8
Black  cardamoms                                                                                      6
Bay     leaves                                                                                                2  leaves
Cumin  seeds                                                                                              1  tsp
Coriander  seeds                                                                                       1 tsp
Salt                                                                                                                  to .taste
Clarified  butter                                                                                         2  tbsp
Fresh  coriander [chopped]                                                                  for  sprinkling
Method;
Cook multon with 2 cups water and  in  a  pot  for   10  minutes
When forth rises to the top, strain and wash mutton.
Put mutton back in pot;  add clarified butter and thoroughly mix
Mix yogurt, coriander, cumin, cardamoms, bay leaves, clovs, peppercorns, cinnamon, sugar, ginger, 8 cups water and salt; add to pot.
Cook on low flame till only 1/2 water remains; remove from flame.
Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve.
