Fish.tempura Pakistani Recipes,



lngredients
Rahu [long  fillet  .pieces                                                                                                 1/2 kg
White  pepper  powder                                                                                                   1/2 tsp
Salt                                                                                                                                       1/2 tsp
Oil                                                                                                                                         for  frying 
Cucumber .spring onions  lettuce                                                                                for decoration 
lngredients  for batter
Egg                                                                                                                                      1
Baking  Powder                                                                                                                1/2  tsp
Cornflour                                                                                                                            2  tbsp
Refined  flour   1/4  cup
Mtehod
. Mix together  all  ingredients  for  batter.
Marinate  fish  with  batter  and  keep  aside  for   1/2  hour
Coat  fish  with  batter 
 Heat  oil in a  wok  and  fry  fish  golden  remove  on  absordent
Paper.
Decorate  serving  dish  with  cucumber. spring  onions  and 
lettuce   place  fish .serve.                                                                                                                   3  tbsp
Cold  water                                                                                                                       as  required
Oil
