Mustard Greens Pakistani Recipes,

MustardGreens
Ingredients;
Mustard greens                                                                     1 kg
Maize                                                                                   1 cup
Butter                                                                                   1 cup
Green chillies                                                                        4
Garlic                                                                                   8 cloves
Dried ,round red chillies                                                       10
Turmeric powder                                                                 1 tsp
Salt                                                                                      to taste

Tempering Ingredients;
Garlic [finally cut]                                                               4 cloves
Butter                                                                                1/2 cup
Oil                                                                                     3 tbsp
Method;
.Cut mustard greens finely and soak
turmeric.
.Wash and put in a pot; add all ingredients except
maize and butter.
.Cook till dry and remove from flame ; when cool, chop
in a chopper.
.Put back in pot; add maize and butter and Throughly
fry;dish out.
Fry tempering ingredients in a frying pan and pour on
dish;serve hot.
